  • Q. Can products be returned after they have been delivered?

    Ans. Yes, please contact us at info@sukkoon.com if you're not satisfied with our products (the chances of which are extremely slim). In order to assure a complete refund, we will require you to return the merchandise.

  • Q. In what condition can I return or exchange my product?

    Ans.
    - The wrong item was shipped
    - You've received an expired product
    - On receiving damaged goods or with an altered packaging
    - Products are missing

  • Q. What circumstances will prevent requests for returns or replacements from being granted?

    Ans.
    - Opened, used, or modified goods.
    - Absence of original packaging, mono boxes, labels, etc.
    - If a return or replacement request is initiated 7 days after the delivery date
    - Complaint of missing or damaged product if initiated 2 days post delivery

  • Q. Can I exchange a portion of my order?

    Ans. Yes. Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any items that are eligible for returns.

  • Q. How are refunds handled?

    Ans. A pickup is scheduled for the product after you request to return it. The item will be picked up by one of our courier partners in 5-7 business days after we receive your return request. This item is examined by the quality control staff after it is returned to our warehouse. A refund is started after the goods pass quality control.
